Comas Kala 20" Trials Bike - 2024

The Comas Kala 20" trials bike is the fruit of two years of development, fusing high-end components with the outstanding trial bike experience of the prestigious Spanish brand Comas Trials. Tested and validated by the 2022 UCI Trials World Champion, Eloi Palau, the Comas Kala 20" trials bike guarantees exceptional performance.

Available in 2 versions:

• Option 1: HS/Disc, Trialtech Sport front rim brake and rear Hope Tech 4 Trial Zone disc. brake.
• Option 2: Disc/Disc, front and rear Hope Tech 4 Trial Zone disc brakes.

Frame and Fork
- Frame: Comas Kala 20", 6061-T6 aluminum, hydroforming tubes, Variable thickness, 12 mm thru-axle, silver.
- Fork: Comas Carbon 20", HS + Disc mount, 12 mm thru-axle.

Wheels
- Front Hub: Comas 100 mm 28H, 12 mm thru-axle.
- Rear Hub: Comas Freehub 116/120 mm.
- Chain Tensioner: CNC machined, double pulley chain tensioner, 10T pulley with ceramic bearings.
- Front Rim: Comas 20" with custom holes, 32 mm width, 28 spoke holes, in black anodized finish.
- Rear Rim: Comas Factory 19” single-wall, 48 mm width, 32 holes, in black anodized color.

Brakes
- Front Brake: Hope Tech 4 Trial Zone or Trialtech Sport (depending on build option).

- Rotors: Comas 160 mm.

Drivetrain
- Crankset: Comas Press Fit BB30, Dual system Thread 1.37x24t, with 30 mm diameter BB axle, 160 mm long cranks, offset +30 mm for Shimano HG-splined freewheel, available in black.
- Cranks: Comas 160 mm, offset + 30 mm.
- Freewheel: Comas 18-tooth fixed cassette sprocket in gold.
- Chain: KMC X9, silver.
- Rear Sprocket: 12T splined, made from 7075-T6 aluminium alloy.
- Pedals: Comas 7075, single cage.
- Bashplate: Comas 2-piece mini-bashplate, anodized black.

Steering
Headset: Tapered Comas 1 1/8" – 1.5", with aluminum cups. Sealed bearings, finished in black.
Stem: Comas 3D 150 mm x 20º.

This bike is supplied with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing and materials defects. The warranty does not cover mistreatment or poor maintenance.

This bike is partially set up by our workshop. It will be necessary to place the handlebar, the front wheel and the pedals.
Handlebar, brake and chain tension adjustments will be made by the customer according to their preferences. You will need some tools (generally 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm and 8 mm Allen keys and a 15 mm spanner).
