Towards the end of 2011, we introduced on Trial-Bikes.com the first products of Taiwanese brand PLAY, in order to test some new 20’’ and 26” frame and fork for the 2012 season in the Spanish market.
After more than 20 months working with positive sales and quality results, Play is now going a step further and, charged with new energy, expects to fully introduce into the International market and establish among the top trials brands.
In order to do so, Play introduces its new high-quality 2013 products range, which will be available in our catalog towards the end of August. Right now, 2013 20” and 26” K2 frames, a new mini bash-plate, Stem, Carbon Handlebar, Spanish type bottom bracket, and new ultra light single-cage pedals are expected to be released; however, new forks, rims, hubs and cranks will arrive very soon too.
The new PLAY K2 20’’ frame features many improvements with respect to the 2012 model: it’s now 1005mm long, with a +90mm bottom bracket. Designed to use Post Mount disc brakes, the frame also features new PLAY mini bash-plate mounts.
The 26” K2 frame is also 5mm longer than the previous model, now with a 1095mm wheelbase. The chainstay length is now 380mm long, again 5mm more than before to balance the longer wheelbase. The bottom bracket stays at +72mm. 2 versions will be available with amazing graphics designs: anodized silver version with black/blue graphics or anodized matt black finish with silver and blue graphics.
Here you can see some pictures of the new Play parts, which will be available at Trial-Bikes.com towards the end of August.
