We are sharing some great news today: legendary French bike trials rider Vincent Hermance returns to Trialbikes. Hermance will compete once again as an official Trialbikes rider, wearing our Trialbikes helmet on the most important UCI Trials competitions.
Without a doubt, Vincent Hermance is one of the most successful bike trials riders in history. His professional career is one with great success: Hermance is a 3-time UCI Trials World Champion. Moreover, his natural charisma makes him one of the most likeable riders for fans and rivals, who see Vincent Hermance as a role model and the best example of constant improvement, dedication and success in bike trials.

Vincent Hermance’s career
Even if most trials enthusiasts know the extensive career of this UCI trials legend, when we take a look at Vincent Hermance’s career records, it’s hard not the be astonished. These have been the main achievements of Vincent Hermance’s UCI trials career:

- 2x Elite World Cup winner: 2006 and 2010.
- 5x Elite Nations World Champion: 2005, 2011, 2015, 2016 and 2017.
- 3x European Champion: 2004, 2005 and 2007.
- 5x French Champion: 2005, 2007, 2015, 2016 and 2022.
- 1x Junior World Champion: 2001.
- 2022 Season: French Champion, 3rd at the UCI Trials World Cup and 4th at the UCI Trials World Championship.
Vincent Hermance’s extensive career is one of the most successful in bike trials history
As shown by his track record, Vincent Hermance has managed to be at the top of the standings for more than 15 years. He became Elite World Champion for the first time in 2007, as a rider of then French brand Koxx. Since then, Vincent Hermance has evolved his technique and taken care of his physique and, at 38 years of age, he is still one of the main candidates to fight for the podium and the win at the UCI Trials World Cups.
In fact, in 2022 Vincent Hermance fulfilled a fantastic season, becoming the 2022 UCI Trials French Champion. Also, his 3rd and 4th positions at the UCI Trials World Cup and Championship, respectively, were a great way to end the season.

For those following us since way back, you will probably remember the relationship between Vincent Hermance and Trialbikes started years ago: Vincent Hermance already was a Trialbikes rider back in 2018. We had a great experience then and we were pleased to have Vincent on our Trialbikes team.
Now, years later, our roads meet again as again he joins our team for the 2023 season. Vincent Hermance’s return to our team will add an extra motivation for the French trials rider, who once again will fight for the top positions on all UCI Trials competitions. Hermance will also have the support of French bike trials brand Crewkerz, riding the Crewkerz Jealousy Ultimate 26″ bike.

These have been Vincent Hermance’s first impressions as a Trialbikes rider in 2023:

«For this season, I am focusing mainly on the French Championship, the World Cups and World Championship. I am not yet at 100% but I have worked super hard this winter, trying higher volumes than ever before. Even if I still need to take in all these hours of training, but I am starting to see some interesting things. Honestly, I am super happy to start the season and check what I need to improve to reach my best level ever for summer. We need to make 2023 a great season and achieve my tenth rainbow shirt (individual+teams)»

Therefore, Vincent now joins the TrialBikes team, where he will be team mates with other top-level international riders like the British Charlie Rolls or the French Louis Grillon.
In competitions, Vincent Hermance will fight once again against the all-mighty Jack Carthy, who became World Champion for the 5th time in 2022. Vincent will also face some tough competition from Spanish riders Dani Barón and Julen Sáenz, as well as Oliver Widmann and Noah Cardona.
