KMC 9-Speed Missing Link

Description and materials
- Missing link specially designed for 9-speed Chains, manufactured by KMC themselves.
- Made of high-strength Heavy Duty steel, which keeps the same properties as any other chain link.
- Available with standard 1/2" pitch, and 11/128" roller width (with a 6.60 mm wide pin).
- Sold singly (one missing link for 1 chain).
- Note: requires a special tool to open and close the chain, available here .

Installation guide:
Follow the steps below for a safe, simple installation:
1. Insert pin link opposite to each other into both chain ends.
2. Engage pin links into each other’s elongated slots.
3. Use a special tool to lock link plates into place and close the chain.
4. To open the missing link, use the same tool and apply force on the opposite direction until unlocking the link plates.
