Crewkerz Integrated Headset 1 1/8’’ - 1.5’’, used on the 2024 Crewkerz Jealousy bikes. This headset does not require cups, as the bearings sit directly in the frame’s head tube. Compatible with Crewkerz Jealousy 2024 frames and others that accommodate integrated headsets.
Description and Materials
- New Crewkerz Integrated Headset, designed for the 2024 Jealousy frames and other frames compatible with 1 1/8’’ - 1.5’’ integrated headsets.
- This integrated design eliminates the need for cups, allowing the bearings to be inserted directly into the frame’s head tube, reducing overall weight and the number of parts.
- Suitable only for frames built to accept an integrated headset, such as the Crewkerz Jealousy 2024.
- 1 1/8’’ upper bearing and 1.5’’ lower bearing.
- High-quality sealed bearings ensure smooth operation and durability.
- CNC-machined aluminum top cap.
- Does not include a star nut, top cap or preload bolt, available separately.
Compatibility
- This headset is compatible with Crewkerz Jealousy 2024 frames (both 20’’ and 26’’), Clean K1, as well as other frames designed to use integrated headsets (without cups) with 1 1/8’’ upper and 1.5’’ lower bearings.
- A 1 1/8" – 1.5" tapered fork must be used with this headset. In case you’d like to install a standard 1 1/8" fork, you must install a reducer crown race (not included).

· 1x sealed lower bearing for 1.5’’ integrated head tube.
· 1x aluminum crown race.
· 1x aluminum spacer washer (0.5 mm).
· 1x aluminum dust cap.
