Jitsie 1 1/8" – 1.5" Tapered Headset

Description and materials
- High-end tapered headset from bike and moto trials specialists Jitsie.
- Developed and tested by Jitsie team rider Alejandro Montalvo.
- This is an internal headset with a tapered 1 1/8" - 1,5" design, which allows for higher strength and stiffness compared to 1 1/8" standard headsets.
- The cups are made from high quality aluminium alloy that guarantees high durability.
- High quality sealed bearings ensure reliability and minimize maintenance.
- Does not include a star nut, top cap or preload bolt, available separately.

Compatible with:
- Frames designed to use a 1 1/8" – 1.5" tapered internal headset. Therefore, it is not compatible with the Jitsie Race frame, which requires a 1 1/8" – 1 1/5" headset.
- A 1 1/8" – 1.5" tapered fork must be used with this headset. In case you’d like to install a standard 1 1/8" fork, you must install a reducer crown race (not included).

- This headset includes:
· 1x sealed bearing for internal headset, 1 1/8" diameter.
· 1x sealed bearing for internal headset, 1,5" diameter.
· 2x headset cups, made of aluminium.
· 1x compression ring for the top bearing, 28.6mm diameter.
· 1x crown race for the lower bearing, 40mm diameter
· 1x aluminium dust cover.
