Clean X2 2017 20'' Bike

The new Clean X2 20” bike is the insignia model of Clean’s 20” range. Now, the X2 frame has been updated and now features a hydro formed downtube, which provides extra stiffness and strength. Furthermore, it’s built with top quality Clean parts, like the asymmetric Press-Fit BB30 3P bottom bracket, 2-wheel sprung tensioner, tapered headset, etc.

It’s available in two different setup options:
           · Option 1: Hope Trial Zone front and rear disc brakes (Disc/Disc).
           · Option 2: Clean T13 front rim brake and Hope Trial Zone rear disc brake (HS/Disc).

Frame and fork
- Frame: Clean X2 20”, made from 6061-T6 + 7075-T6 aluminium alloys, with Post Mount disc brake mounts
- Forks: Clean X2 20” tapered 1 1/8” – 1.5”, made from 7005-T6 aluminium alloy, with Post Mount disc brake mounts or 4-bolt rim brake mounts (depending on brakes choice).

Wheels
- Front hub: Clean X2 28 spoke holes, with or without rotor mounts (depending on brakes choice), 100mm spacing, anodized black
- Rear hub: Clean X2 32 spoke holes, with rotor mounts, 116mm spacing, anodized black
- Chain tensioner: Clean X2 integrated, with two 11T jockey wheels made of plastic, black
- Front rim: Clean X2 20”, single wall, 34mm wide, 28 spoke holes, anodized black
- Rear rim: Clean X2 19”, single wall, 48mm wide, 32 spoke holes, anodized black
- Spokes: 1.8mm spokes, black

- Front inner tube: Maxxis Extra Light

Drivetrain
- Crankset: Clean X2 3-piece set, with Press Fit BB30 30mm diameter BB axle, CNC machined. 160mm long cranks, for Cassette Shimano-type freewheel, available in black with Clean silver graphics
- Freewheel: Clean X2 135.9 18T, with 135 engagement points, 9 pawls and 18 teeth, red
- Chain: KMC X9L, silver
- Rear sprocket: Clean 12T Screw-on, made from 7075-T6 aluminium alloy, anodized black
- Pedals: Clean single cage, made from 7075-T6 aluminium alloy, anodized black

Steering
- Headset: Clean Internal Tapered 1 1/8”-1.5”, with 7075-T6 aluminium cups, sealed bearings, anodized red

This bike is partially set up by our workshop, so the customer will only have to set both the front wheel and the headset up.
