Description and materials
- New edition of the popular Echo Urban 26” fork, which is regarded as one of the most reliable, durable forks available!
- This is a completely re-designed version, designed from scratch in order to introduce new improvements and updates.
- Made of high quality 6061-T6 aluminium alloy, to ensure high strength and reliability.
- Features a tapered steerer tube, with 1 1/8” diameter at the top and 1.5” diameter at the bottom, to use with tapered headsets of said diameters.
- The steerer tube is machined in one piece to optimize stiffness, and it is 5 mm thick, so it provides the perfect balance between high strength and stiffness, and moderate weight.
- The bottom of the steerer tube is machined with the optimal angle so that it’s no longer necessary to install a crown race: the bearing sits directly onto the tube.
- Special leg curvatures increase frontal stability and maximize welding surface.
- CNC machined dropouts and brake mounts.
- Two versions available:
          · With disc brake mounts.
          · With disc brake mounts + rim brake mounts, which allows the rider to install the type of brake he/she prefers anytime.
- The rim brake version has 3D CNC machined brake mounts spaced at 95 mm at the back of the legs. They now have longer weld ends to help dissipate stress much more efficiently and therefore avoid cracking.
- The disc brake mounts are IS-type (International Standard) on both versions.
- Includes the star nut, already installed.
- Available in anodized black, with silver Echo graphics.

Compatibility
- This fork’s steerer tube is tapered, and it has a 1 1/8” diameter at the top and 1.5” diameter at the bottom, so it’s not compatible with those frames that have a standard 1 1/8” steerer tube. A tapered 1 1/8” – 1.5” headset or a headset adaptor must be used to install this fork.
- This fork can also be used on 24” bikes (only the disc brake version).
- This fork has IS disc brake mounts, therefore make sure to install a IS disc brake. IS calipers bolt sideways onto the brake mounts (instead of sitting onto them, like Post Mount calipers do).
