Description and materials
- New Play Expert 2014 rear hub, designed for using with rim brakes in frames with 135mm dropout spacing.
- This is a reliable hub, designed to achieve a longer life while keeping the weight down, as in all products from the Play Expert range.
- Tested for many months with outstanding results!
- The hub shell is CNC mechanized from high quality 6061 T6 aluminium, with a neat, simple design that ensures the best performance.
- 10mm axle diameter, made from high quality 7075-T6 aluminium, 129mm long; by adding 2x 3mm snail cams we get the 135mm spacing, as standard in 26” frames.
- Features high quality replaceable sealed bearings, which ensure a smooth running while keeping out all the dirt (mud, water, dust, etc.).
- Standard 1.37” x 24 tpi thread fits almost all freewheels and sprockets.
- Its high number of threads means a reliable, safe and durable hub.
- Includes M6 steel bolts and high quality serrated washers, that ensure the rear wheel stays tight.
- 32 holes only.
- Does not include any snail cams or sprocket (both are available in our web).
- Anodized gloss black finish, with stunning laser etched Play logo in the centre of the hub shell and model specification in the non-drive side, both in white color.
