TMS Rear Disc Freehub 135 mm

- The TMS rear freehub has been specifically designed for trials and bike trials.
- Its innovative freehub design integrates the rotation mechanism inside the hub itself, instead of in the front freewheel.
- Thanks to this system, the chain remains stationary while the bike moves, eliminating friction and significantly improving rolling efficiency.
- Its installation eliminates the need for a freewheel, allowing the use of a rear sprocket combined with a front sprocket.
- Compatible with bike trials frames with a 135 mm spacing and a 12 mm tru-axle.
- Manufactured from a forged 2014 aluminium block, ensuring a robust and durable structure, with 4 replaceable sealed bearings for maximum reliability and longevity.
- Features a removable hub core with an internal system of 6 pawls, operating in pairs on a 54-tooth ratchet ring, creating 108 engagement points per full hub rotation and a total of 162 engagement points per crank revolution (with an 18:12 ratio).
- Its hollow internal axle, made from 7075-T6 aluminium alloy, is designed to accommodate a 12 mm tru-axle.
- Equipped with a standard disc brake mount with a 6-bolt interface.
- Includes a Lock-Ring tightening nut for sprocket installation, compatible with the Shimano tool (available separately here).
- Supplied without a sprocket. A 10 mm threaded fixed sprocket is required for 12 and 13-tooth models, or a 5 mm wide cassette-type sprocket from TrialBikes for 15-tooth sprockets.
- Tru-axle not included. Compatible with the Crewkerz tru-axle, available separately on our website.

- Designed for bike trials frames with a 135 mm spacing and a 12 mm tru-axle, such as the TMS Vortex models and the entire Crewkerz range.
- Compatible with 32H rims.
- Suitable for 6-bolt disc brakes.
- Important: Compatible with a TMS 5 mm Splined Sprocket. For other cases, a TrialBikes centred sprocket can be used.

Not compatible with 10 mm TMS Splined Sprockets; a maximum 5 mm Splined Sprocket is required to ensure proper Lock-Ring tightening.
