Clean X2 Disc Protector

Description and materials
- Clean X2 disc protector from Spanish trials brand Clean, owned by Abel Mustieles.
- Developed and used by Clean team riders Benito Ros, Ion Areitio and Sebas Ruiz.
- New version comes with a reinforced axle section, now 4 mm thick to increase impact resistance.
- The protector prevents the rotor from being hit when riding.
- CNC machined from high-quality, ultra-light 7075-T6 aluminium.
- Features a central X-shaped nerve that multiplies impact resistance.
- It can be directly installed against the hub’s bearing, no need to add a washer.
- Provides protection for rotors up to 165 mm diameter.

Installation guide
1. Remove the rear wheel.
2. Measure the total thickness of the hub spacer.
3. Replace the hub spacer with the protector and add some washers (as many as needed) between frame and protector so that the total thickness is the same as before. There is no need to add washers between protector and hub.
4. Install your wheel back.

Compatible with:
- Rear hubs with a 10 mm axle.
- Not compatible with different diameter thru-axle rear hubs.

Marc M. el día 2024-10-12 El protector es básico para que el disco de freno no se doble en el primer entrenamiento. Parece mentira, pero cualquier golpe, lo acaba recibiendo el disco, y una vez doblado, es muy difícil de enderezar y tienes que acabar cambiándolo. Imprescindible
