Clean X3 disc protector (12mm axle)

Description and materials
- Clean X3 disc protector, manufactured by Spanish biketrials brand Clean Trials, owned by multi-time UCI World Champion Abel Mustieles.
- The disc protector is installed on the rear wheel, between the frame and rotor, and prevents the rotor from being directly hit by obstacles.
- Developed and used by the Clean trials team riders: Benito Ros, Ion Areitio and Dominik Oswald, among others.
- The X3 protector is compatible with Clean X3 through-axle rear hubs.
- 6 mm thickness around the axle hole, which ensures more than enough strength and a perfect fitting.
- Moreover, it includes an inner O-ring that keeps the protector in place.
- CNC machined from high-quality, ultra-light 7075-T6 aluminium.
- Features a central X-shaped nerve that multiplies strength and stiffness.
- It can be directly installed against the hub’s bearing, no need to add a washer.
- Offers protection for rotors up to 165 mm diameter.

Installation guide
1. Remove the rear wheel.
2. Replace the Clean X3 hub spacer with the protector so that the total thickness is the same as before. There is no need to add washers between protector and hub.
3. Install your wheel back.

Compatible with:
- Clean X3 rear hub and those with identical design.
- Not compatible with other rear hubs.
