Description and materials
- New Clean X2 sprung chain tensioner, developed and manufactured by Spanish brand Clean, owned by Multi-time UCI World Champion Abel Mustieles.
- Now with 10-teeth jockey wheels made of plastic, instead of 11, so it’s smaller and stays less exposed to impacts next to the chain stay.
- The tensioner body is made from high quality aluminium alloy.
- Chain tension is adjusted with a 6mm Allen key, which adjusts the relative position of the jockey wheels by turning the sprung.
- Thanks to its compact design, this tensioner stays protected on the inner side of the chain stay, so it’s hardly exposed to impacts.
- Available in black.
Compatibility
- This tensioner is compatible with those frame with vertical dropouts that use this system, like the Clean X2, Crewkerz frames, etc.
